Five_State_Rescue (Virginia, West
Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina) alliance - to be
used by rescuers, rescue groups, fosters, transporters, and shelters.
The goal of Five State Rescue group is to connect and unite rescue
workers of the five states into a regional cooperative network, with
